The first draft of my 1984 study of the Paris Club was too long to be published in the Princeton University series of Essays in International Finance. The editor of the Princeton series, Peter Kenen, advised me to divide my draft into two parts. He published the part that was an overview of Paris Club history and its core principles. The other part, describing some of the details of the debt rescheduling process, were published by Columbia University's law school. To get the full text of this part, send me a message from the Contact page of my website.
